The Discovery Session is a custom workshop designed to help surface challenges and brainstorm possible solutions. It’s a half day, hands-on remote session designed to explore current workflows and systems in order to identify gaps and pain points and find opportunities to reduce friction for the bureau.
We use design thinking methods to interview stakeholders, map current practices, and brainstorm solutions to the problems we discover.
The sessions are co-created with GPA teams and solutions are mapped out, evaluated and prioritized based on each team’s criteria. This initiative is designed to proactively address challenges as well as empower GPA teams with a set of proven innovation methods.
